Mohegan Sun Casino - Phase II
Having completed Phase I of the Casino, Sonalysts Studios and Designer Sign Systems were awarded the signage contract for Phase II. Designer Sign Systems is responsible for establishing overall signage budgets and preparing message schedules and sign location plans for the new hotel, casino, arena and parking garage at the site. South Orange Village (NJ)
Designer Sign Systems has been awarded a contract to design a new downtown signage wayfinding system for the CBD of the Township of South Orange Village. The program will augment new sidewalk widening, landscaping and street furniture. The system will compliment the historic character of the village and make the retail shopping experience more enjoyable.

Philadelphia Naval Business Center
This is a conversion of the 900 acre former Philadelphia Naval Base to a new high technology business center. Designer Sign Systems has established a standardized exterior signage system for the various existing buildings that will remain, many of which have historical significance. A complete vehicular and pedestrian streetscape system has also been designed. Phase 1 prototypes were installed in the Spring of 2000.

Long Island Technology Center (NY)
Working with the Spector Group, Designer Sign Systems has designed a new interior and exterior signage program for the Long Island Technology Center. This multi-building, two phase project incorporates the center's new logo identity and reinforces its high tech tenant activities.

South Nassau Community Hospital (NY)
Designer Sign Systems has finalized a new exterior signage program for the hospital's main campus, as well as nine (9) off site locations. The program will provide and extend the identity of the facility from its main campus to a number of surrounding communities where local services will be located.

Morristown Business and Historic District (NJ)
Designer Sign Systems is designing a vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding system for this county seat and historic area. The system will aid shoppers in parking close to the downtown business district, assist daily visitors in the finding of their way to the county courthouse, and guide tourists to historic venues located throughout Morristown, NJ.
